Roger has nearly two decades of real estate experience working with national and regional homebuilding companies. He worked his way up through the industry by working in sales, construction, estimating, and eventually running a division of over fifty people.  Roger is also a former Military Police Officer with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Salisbury University.

One of the many highlights of Roger's career was being in charge of all home building operations for a national home builder in the world renowned Celebration community developed by The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida.
